Agitador de Lodo is used in mud tank system to agitate the drilling mud, to avoid settlement. It is composed of an electric motor, a gear box, agitator shaft, impeller and accessories.
There are 2 mothods of connection between the motor and agitator gear box, one is direct connection, the other one is shaft connection( between the agitator gear box and motor, there is a shaft to connect them),. The 2nd type is not popular any more, most of the mud agitators adopted the 1st type.
Gear box is an essential component for the mud agitator, also it is wearable. Before operating the mud agitator, pls add oil first to the gear box, otherwise it will be easily broken.
